Luck of the Draw scholarships
Mor-Gran-Sou will award two $500 Luck of the Draw scholarships to be drawn at our annual meeting on July 15. All high school seniors (Class of 2022) who are dependents of Mor-Gran-Sou members and have not previously been chosen for a MGS scholarship are eligible for this scholarship. Students must attend our annual meeting and be accompanied with at least one parent or guardian, and will be required to RSVP before the meeting.

2022 Mor-Gran-Sou/Basin Electric/WDUS/3C’s/Area High School Scholarships
The scholarship committee met on Wed., Feb. 23 to judge the applications received this year.
2022 Mor-Gran-Sou/Basin Electric Scholarship
Mor-Gran-Sou is pleased to announce the winner of the Basin Electric / Mor-Gran-Sou scholarship awards. The recipient receiving a $1,000 scholarship in the fall of 2022 is: Adam Gress, Mandan.
Adam Gress plans to attend North Dakota State University in pursuit of a degree in Food Science. Adam’s parents are Ben & Tina Gress, Mandan.
2022 Mor-Gran-Sou/WDUS/3C Construction Scholarship
Two (2) $500 - WDUS/3C scholarship to applicants who plan to attend a certified vocational or technical school. No applications were received for these scholarships.
Clayton Marohl plans to attend North Dakota State College of Science in pursuit of a degree in Diesel Technology. Clayton’s parents are Jonathon & Michelle Marohl, Solen. Earned through WDUS.

Mor-Gran-Sou is pleased to announce the winners of the Mor-Gran-Sou High School scholarship awards. The recipients receiving $500 in the fall of 2022 are:
Elgin-New Leipzig Public School – Samantha Ellison plans to attend NDSU in pursuit of a degree in Animal Science. Parent/member is Jeff Ellison.
Flasher Public School – Jace Friesz plans to attend Dickinson State University in pursuit of a degree in Mathematics education. Parent/member is Jade & Sonya Friesz.
Glen Ullin Public School – McKenzie Gerving plans to attend Bismarck State College or NDSU in pursuit of a Nursing degree. Parent/member is Mike & Carrie Gerving.
Hebron Public School – No application received.
Mandan Public School – Jenna Gierke plans to attend Concordia College in pursuit of a Psychology degree. Parent/member is Steven & Kristy Gierke.
New Salem-Almont Public School – Emily Morman plans to attend NDSU in pursuit of a Nursing degree. Parent/member is Tim & Tiffani Morman.

Solen Public School – No application received.
Standing Rock Community/Fort Yates Public School – No application received.
Home School or outside MGS service territory -- Meghanne Olsen plans to attend NDSU in pursuit of an Elementary Education degree. Paren/member is Blaine & Becky Olsen.
