1301 The Power to Make, Alter or Amend
The power to make, alter, or amend the Bylaws of the Cooperative shall be reserved to its members and such Bylaws may be amended by an affirmative vote of a majority of the members voting on such question at any regular meeting or at any special meeting, provided that the notice of such meeting shall have contained a copy of the proposed alteration, amendment, or repeal or an accurate summary and explanation thereof.
1302 Bylaw Organization and Numbering
The membership of the Cooperative authorizes the Board of Directors to re-organize and re-number the Bylaws of the Cooperative upon the passage of any new or amended Bylaws as may be passed upon by the membership from time to time, to reflect continuity of subject matter treatment.
