Chair: Leland "Judge" Barth - Leland "Judge" Barth was elected to the Board of Directors in 2010 and serves as a Mandan Area director. He is the Executive Director of Dakota Pride Cooperative, and is a partner in the family farm located in Morton County. He is married to his wife, Susan, and they have one son.
Vice Chair: Casey Wells - Casey Wells has served as a Grant County director since 2008. Casey is involved in farming and ranching in south central Grant County. Casey is married to his wife, Bonnie, and has three children.
Secretary-Treasurer: Lance Froelich - Lance Froelich has served as a Sioux County director since 2014. He ranches and raises cattle and registered Quarter horses near Selfridge. Lance and his wife, Sunshine, have two children.
Mark Doll has served as an At-Large director since 2003. Mark is a dairy farmer. Residing near New Salem, Mark is married to his wife, Kristi, and has four children.
Vernard Frederick has served as a Grant County director since 2004; he had previously served from 1990-1999. Vernard farms with his son on a diversified small grain and livestock operation near Flasher. Vernard is married to his wife, Bonnie, and has two children.
Chad Harrison has served as the Sioux County director since 2012. Chad is employed at Standing Rock Sioux Tribe Housing Administration in Fort Yates. He and his wife, Rebecca, have three children.
Jay Larson has served as a Morton County director since 2016. He is a rancher, and a part-time milwrigh
t through Local 1099. Jay is married to his wife, Tracy, and has four children.
Robert (Bob) J. Leingang has served as a Mandan Area director since 2008. He retired as the N.D. chief plumbing inspector. Bob is married to his wife, Mary Ann, and has four children.
