Chair: Casey Wells - Casey has served as a Grant County director since 2008. Casey is involved in farming and ranching in south central Grant County. He is married to his wife, Bonnie, and has three children.
Vice Chair: Chad Harrison - Chad has served as the Sioux County director since 2012. Chad is employed at Standing Rock Sioux Tribe Housing Administration in Fort Yates. He and his wife, Rebecca, have three children.
Secretary-Treasurer: Pam Geiger - Pam has served as a Mandan Area director since 2019. She had previously served as a Morton County director from 1998-2016. Pam is a lead tax specialist for Farm Credit Services of Mandan. She also ranches with her husband, Warren. They live in the Mandan area, and have three grown children.
Rodney Froelich was elected in 2020 to serve as a Sioux County director. He ranches with his wife, two sons, and their families near Selfridge, ND. He has three grown children.
Steve Tomac was elected in 2021 to serve in the At-Large position. He previously served on the board from 2003-2008. He is a rancher and rural appraiser. He and his significant other, Vicki Zimmerman, reside on a ranch near St. Anthony. He has two children.
Vernard Frederick has served as a Grant County director since 2004; he had previously served from 1990-1999. Vernard farms with his son on a diversified small grain and livestock operation near Flasher. Vernard is married to his wife, Bonnie, and has two children.
Jay Larson has served as a Morton County director since 2016. He is a rancher, and a part-time milwright through Local 1099. Jay is married to his wife, Tracy, and has four children.
Robert (Bob) J. Leingang has served as a Mandan Area director since 2008. He retired as the N.D. chief plumbing inspector. Bob is married to his wife, Mary Ann, and has four children.
Kathy Tokach has served as a Morton County director since 2019. She ranches and farms with her husband, Richard, near St. Anthony. They have three grown children.
